The dealer mentioned it was showing a code for one of the o2 sensors, but they couldn’t say for sure if that was the problem. I replaced both sensors myself, but the light came back on. Any ideas on what else it could be or how to figure it out without spending a lot of money at the mechanic? Thanks!
I had a similar issue with my 04 2.5X. I had to use a spark plug extender and put the o2 sensor in that to get the code to go away.
Try scanning the code, clear it, and then drive for a bit. If the code doesn’t come back, it might not be an issue.

I cleared the code by unplugging the battery for 30 mins. Does using one of those OBD2 gadgets do anything different?

Maybe you need to show the sensor who’s boss!

I’m sorry. Good luck figuring it out!
