I got this car in July. The infotainment system is flukey. Sometimes Android Auto comes up, and sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve tried several different wires and even bought new ones.
The other day, the radio stations wouldn’t stay on, and I had to do a factory reset to fix it. WTF? My Honda doesn’t do this. Anyone else have issues, and how do I fix this?
Be sure to clean your charging port; that can make a big difference. Just because it charges doesn’t mean it’s making a good enough connection for data.

Sure thing. They sell cleaning kits, but a wooden toothpick works well enough. Scrape along the bottom of the port and use tweezers to pull out any debris. May take a few tries. When plugging in, you should feel a slight click. If not, it might not be clean enough.
Make sure the radio firmware is up-to-date.
