Are you from Canada?
Yep, and I’m guessing that’s why the options are like this?
Exactly.

If you’re into chrome, go for the 1794 trim. I feel like the TRD Pro shouldn’t have chrome though… it’s supposed to be for off-roading.
@AuroraGleam
I did a chrome delete on my Limited… definitely worth it!

Did you use vinyl or plastic overlays?

Plastic for badges, grill trim, and rear bumper panels. I had a tint shop do vinyl overlays on the Tundra letters, taillights, and window trim for about $200.

I wish all manufacturers would ditch chrome. Why cover a car in a bunch of shiny surfaces? Feels like a funhouse mirror or something.
@AuroraGleam
Has anyone tried asking the dealer to de-chrome it as part of the purchase? I feel like it should be doable since the parts are available.
@AuroraGleam
Isn’t that satin, not chrome?
@AuroraGleam
While searching for your combo, I noticed that Gladstone Toyota in Portland, Oregon, has up to $11k off Tundras. A new Capstone in Mag Gray for $70.5k… might be worth considering.
@AuroraGleam
Because it’s Canada

Those don’t look like Limited rims to me.

Franken-truck, haha.

I hate that Toyota’s chrome is just cheap plastic over more plastic. It doesn’t age well… and it looks worse than rust after a few years. I’d rather have real black or colored plastic. Also hate all the fake stuff… fake turbo scoops, fake engine noise, fake headlight designs. But hey, they sell a lot of cars so I guess people like all the fake stuff.

Most people don’t notice or care about that stuff.

Yeah, true.
@AuroraGleam
Not a fan of chrome on anything. That’s why I always go for the off-road models even though I never actually go off-road.
