… do you ever just stare at that little graphic display on the dash? Not every time, but like… pretty often?
Yep, and I love it.
Man, now I feel like I need a Wilderness just so I can watch The Real Adventures of Johnny Quest every time I start my car.

Don’t forget the popcorn!
I forget it’s there and then randomly notice it again and go ‘oh yeah, that’s kinda cool.’
I didn’t know the Wilderness had that, but it bugs me that the bottom third of the screen isn’t used for anything.

Yeah, I get that. Also, the way the steering wheel blocks it when recording from a straight-on angle made cropping a pain, so I just posted the video as is.
By the way, do the Outback and Crosstrek have the same animation? Would be kinda cool if each had its own version.
@Jason
Not sure, but I’d guess they do.
Yes!! It’s a nice little touch.
Anyone know if that’s a real topographical map? And if so… where is it from?
My Forester just does the basic Starlink intro. Kinda boring compared to this.
Gotta admit, it’s a pretty adventurous-looking feature for a car that’s mostly used for grocery runs and commuting.
