Anyone seen the 2026 Subaru Forester Wilderness CGI preview?

Subaru’s been on a roll lately. They kicked off 2025 with three new models, and now everyone’s hyped for the 2026 Subaru Forester Wilderness. The official reveal is coming up at the 2025 Chicago Auto Show, but some CGI renders have already dropped. AutoYa on YouTube put together a quick comparison with the Forester Sport, and it looks like the Wilderness might have more ground clearance and extra body cladding for off-road action. Inside, there are some new color and badge previews. Anyone else excited to see if these leaks are accurate?

Nothing official yet, but Subaru is also bringing a Forester Hybrid with the same setup as the Crosstrek Hybrid. So maybe we’ll see options?

Yep, plus Subaru’s Symmetrical AWD. The Crosstrek Hybrid gets 194 hp, so the Forester Hybrid should be in that range too.

Yeah, both are going for that rugged off-road SUV thing. Forester Wilderness should have more ground clearance and tougher styling though.

Hope it has better off-road capability. Honda’s AWD is decent but Subaru usually does it better.

Right? Subaru’s usual colors are nice, but I wanna see some fresh shades.

This plus the Forester Hybrid should be the big ones, but who knows. Subaru likes surprises.
