App shows an error but no issues on the car, what should I do?

We just hit 800 miles on our new 2025 XSE and opened the app today to see an error in the health tab. The car itself doesn’t show any warnings when I start it or drive. Has anyone else seen this? Should I just ignore it, or is there a way to clear it? I feel like the car’s display is more reliable than the app.

Some hidden codes can only be accessed by Toyota. Might be one of those.

If the car itself isn’t showing anything, does that mean it’s fine? The error in the app shows a date before we even bought the car.

When I changed my tires, the shop didn’t update the system for the new pressure sensors. The car ignored it for a few days, then suddenly flagged an issue in the app. I reset the sensor learning, and the error went away on the car, but the app still showed the message for a while.

Later, I got an email from the dealer telling me to come in, but when I took the car in for something else, they didn’t mention it.

So the app might be holding onto an old message. If the car is driving fine, you could call your dealer and ask if they still see the error in their system or if it’s already cleared.
