Best way to remove peeling window decals?

Windex with ammonia works really well for cleaning off the sticky stuff after removal. I just peeled all my old stickers off one day. Took some work but they came off fine.

Cooking oil actually works surprisingly well for the leftover adhesive.

Scraper tool and Goo Gone. Done in 10 minutes.

Turn on your rear defroster and use a heat gun, then plastic blade and Goo Gone for cleanup.

Keep in mind the back window has antenna lines in it—defroster may not help much :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:.

If they’re already peeling, just take them off. If you like the style, go for a cleaner replacement. Your truck, your call. I’ve got sports stickers on mine—I paid for it, I’ll do what I want.

Mine came with mountain decals and they’re starting to peel too. Gonna take them off soon. Honestly, the tint underneath looks better anyway.

Mine had one when I bought it and I liked it at first… but later I just wasn’t into it anymore. Took it off and I think the whole look improved a ton. Still love my country, just don’t need a sticker to prove it.

No one needs to know you’re a patriot. Literally no one cares.

A clothes steamer works surprisingly well for decal removal.

The hate for these decals in this forum always cracks me up.

DON’T LISTEN TO THIS—UNLESS YOU WANT A SHATTERED BACK WINDOW AND REGRET.
