We just got a 2025 Sienna Platinum for $500 below MSRP. I had been talking to two local dealers here in Cincinnati, and one refused to go below MSRP. Is this normal now?
I’m new to this forum, so I might have missed similar discussions. Sorry if this has been asked before.

Yeah, those extras can be overpriced, but aftermarket ones are a lot cheaper. Even Toyota sells replacements for less than the pre-installed ones. Learned that the hard way.

The 3W all-weather mats for the 2025 Platinum won’t be ready until March. They had to redesign them because of the new fridge/vacuum in the model.
I got about $2600 off a 2025 Woodland recently. It wasn’t easy, but I managed to get dealerships to compete once I found one willing to lower MSRP. Definitely depends on your location and how far you’re willing to search (like a 250-mile radius).
Most dealers won’t go below MSRP. I got $2000 off a 2024 Limited, but that was after the 2025 models were announced.
They usually sell Siennas at MSRP because they know they’ll eventually find a buyer. Discounts only happen if they want to avoid the hassle of keeping it on the lot longer.
I bought a Platinum at MSRP from out of state. When they were loading it for transport, they found it was scratched during shipping. Now I’ve got a brand-new Sienna with damage.
