Car not starting after changing window on 2017 Corolla, what could be wrong?

Hey everyone, just wanted to ask for some advice here. My girlfriend’s 2017 Corolla had a broken rear passenger window, and I helped her fix it over the weekend. It was my first time doing this, but it seemed to go well and there were no real problems.

The next day, she said the car wouldn’t start. I figured maybe it was the battery, since we had the key in accessory mode a few times while working. Tried to jump it, didn’t work. We even got a new battery for free, but the car still won’t start. It just makes a clicking sound.

Now I’m wondering if I might’ve messed something up when replacing the window, even though everything seemed fine. The car never had any issues before. Any ideas what this could be?
