You did good, my friend.
Yeah, there will always be someone that got a better deal (truth or not). Location, dealer, and how long the dealer has had it on the lot all play factors on this. You just can’t always compare your deal to someone else’s. Also, you want the dealer to make some money too and be happy with their side of the deal. You may need to call on their goodwill sometime in the future, and they’ll remember if you squeezed them for every last penny or not. Just go out and enjoy your fantastic truck.
My 2025 Limited had an MSRP of $69K; I haggled it down to $63K and paid $69K out the door in California.

I financed with my bank at 3.99% for 36 months and took the $1000 Toyota cash since I plan on paying the truck off now.
8K off plus promo financing (in lieu of rebate) is good. 10K off (including Toyota rebate) has been consistently regarded as an excellent deal.
You did well; in March of '24, I got my '24 Limited OR (no lift) for $61K before taxes.
I am stuck at MSRP of $65,315. No dealer adds.
I am also going for 72 months, no interest, no trade, and very little money down.

Texas
I just got one in California for $58K Limited, 3% APR before taxes, $0 down, no lift, just black rims. I would’ve taken $61K for the lift in a heartbeat. But I also don’t know if I got a good deal, haha.
I got my '24 Limited TRD with power package and tonneau cover for $56,500. To determine if you got a good deal, I guess you could subtract the cost of the lift and do an apples-to-apples comparison. On first look, it appears you are in the ballpark for what a Limited should cost.
Buyer’s remorse sucks, and the only thing that really matters is if you are happy with it, my friend. As outrageous as pickup truck prices have become, it seems about right. Enjoy!
I think you got a good deal, plus you probably avoided the price increase once the tariffs hit.
