Do the 2025 camry door weep holes drain too slowly

since i got my car, i’ve noticed water keeps dripping from the doors for hours, sometimes even a full day after it rains or i wash it. it’s left streaks on the corners of my doors that just won’t go away. i’ve tried everything—keeping the doors open for an hour after washing, driving around right after a wash—but nothing seems to stop it.

a few weeks ago when it got really cold, my door felt heavier, and i could actually hear ice inside when i opened it. the weep holes aren’t clogged, but maybe they’re just too small to let water drain fast enough. i’m worried about rust inside the doors, so i’m planning to mention it at my 15k oil change. pretty sure the water has stripped the ceramic coating on the corners under each door since it just keeps dripping nonstop.

anyone else dealing with this

glad i’m not the only one. even on dry days, my doors are still wet in the morning from dew. i thought maybe the weep holes were clogged or the dealer forgot to remove covers from them.

yeah it’s frustrating, especially when the whole car looks clean but there are water streaks under the doors. mine is black, so it makes it even worse.

same here. i’ve tried pulling back the weather strip at the bottom of the door, but even days later my windows still get wet when i roll them down.

can you get to the weep holes easily or is it a hassle

they seem to be just behind the weather stripping at the bottom front corners of the doors.

i’m going to keep an eye on this with my 2021 xse.

same issue here with my 2025 xle. water keeps draining for way too long, and i get condensation on my mirrors even days after rain or a wash.

i thought my weep holes were clogged since my car was parked under a pine tree at the dealer before i bought it. had them check when i went back for a part install, but they said nothing was wrong. i’ll bring it up again at my 5k service, especially since it rains a lot where i live.
