I decided to give my old 2006 Tundra a fresh paint job. It’s a limited with 240k miles, but it feels brand new now. What do you all think?
Looks awesome!

Thanks! It’s been on my to-do list forever. So happy the front end doesn’t look like it got sandblasted anymore.

Seriously, it looks like a new truck.
It turned out great! The color really pops.
How much did the paint job cost? Thinking about doing something similar.

It cost me $6k with a local shop. Not cheap, but they did a fantastic job.

Honestly, that’s not bad compared to some quotes I’ve heard. Looks incredible!

I’ve been debating painting mine too… seeing this is inspiring.

Definitely worth it! These trucks are timeless.
They did a fantastic job! You made a solid choice going for it.
Man, that looks amazing! I had a 2002 extended cab in white, but yours is on another level.
Very clean! Love it.
Looks incredible. Congrats on breathing new life into it.
You should name her something classy like ‘Cream Puff.’ She’s stunning.
Looks super sharp without the chrome. Keep it clean like that.

I asked them to leave off the badges too. I wasn’t sure about it, but I’m loving the clean look.
Did you replace the belt molding when you painted it?

If you mean the door trim, no. I just painted everything except the lower window seals—they were falling apart, so I replaced them beforehand.
@Cort
Got it. How did the replacements fit?
