I’ve got the Rough Country hard cover for around $650, and it’s been solid. No complaints.

I went with the Diamondback HD. It’s not cheap, but it’s worth it for the security and weatherproofing.

Yeah, I’ve seen those. Pricey but impressive. There’s a Tacoma at my work with one, and it looks rock solid.
