Heyy ya'll kindly Help!

New to the Toyota Tundra world - if I’m looking at a 2025 Platinum, how can I tell if it is the hybrid or standard gas?

Hybrid runs on standard gas. What are you trying to ask?

So the window sticker on the truck I’m looking at does not say anything about hybrid. It just says i-Force Twin Turbo V6. However, the book in the glove box says hybrid Toyota on it. I’m just confused and don’t want to get screwed over since I’m new to Toyotas.

@Tal
I believe if it says iForce, it’s referring to the hybrid engine.

One thing I was reading is if it’s the hybrid, you wouldn’t have back underseat storage. This one has full under-seat storage, so that’s where I’m thrown off as well.

@Tal
Oh yes, ok, so that’s the giveaway. If there is storage under the seat, it is not a hybrid.

@Tal
But I could be wrong. I think it needs to say ‘Max’ also to be hybrid. So iForce Max would be the hybrid engine.

Thank you, just trying to figure it out because I want the non-hybrid but with the manual saying hybrid, I want to make sure the dealership isn’t screwing me over.

@Tal
I have a 2023 Platinum hybrid, and the battery for it is under the back seat.
