I just follow the car’s reminder system. Toyota engineers seem to know what they’re doing!

2015 Sienna, 155k miles. I change the oil every 12-15k miles, no issues so far. I use Pennzoil or Castrol full synthetic.

I follow the manual and do it every 10k miles.
