Is this actually a bumper sticker or not?

Saw a post about bumper stickers, thought I’d share this one… what do you think?

If I got a dollar for every car that sped past me, I’d be set for gas money… and then some!

Funny how they zoom past only to end up right next to me at the next light. Guess being sensible has its perks - saves on gas and everything else too!

@Akira
I was going 45 in a 35 and someone still tailgated me. But then, I’ve been in a car going 80 in a 55 zone and people flew past us!

@Akira
Finally, my kind of people!

Living in hilly East Tennessee with my Prius… not super fast, but it handles the hills pretty well! There’s one on my daily route that’s over two miles long and climbs about 400 feet. Not exactly the Rockies, but it’s decent.

Had an old Hyundai Excel once - this sticker would’ve fit perfectly on that car!

@Isle
I’m in the Rockies, and even here I don’t have trouble keeping up speed!

@Isle
Same! My ‘09 Prius does better uphill than my ‘03 Tacoma ever did.

That a Lithuanian plate? Good thing they’re in one of the flattest places around!

Yep! But funny enough, I snapped this picture when I saw the car parked in Normandy.

Nah, I keep up with traffic just fine in my 2nd gen! I’m the one leaving others in my rearview, even uphill from LA to SD at 75 mph. The car’s got speed; it’s usually the driver who’s slow! And shoutout to the older lady (maybe 70) I saw zooming right along with me at 85 mph from San Juan Capistrano to Long Beach. She’s a legend!

@Sterling
If I still lived there, that’d be me! Moved to rural Georgia now, where Prius drivers really stand out. Nothing says ‘I’m a radical, California-loving Prius driver’ quite like my little car around here!

I swear my friend and I got lucky with ours - both quick! I’m always stuck behind a slow sports car. People who say Priuses are slow must not press the pedal all the way!

It’s the drivers, not the Prius. The car keeps track of efficiency, so it’s like a game to drive slower. Plus, pressing the gas hard makes it loud, which can be annoying!

In hilly areas, I go faster downhill and coast up - helps save fuel. But yeah, if I want to, I can still speed up going uphill.

Nope, looks like a whole essay on the back of a car!

Meanwhile, I’m out here in PWR MODE breaking all the Prius stereotypes!

Right? I can cruise at 85-90 mph and still manage 38 mpg all day.

Bad hypermiling strategy, though. Better to speed up uphill to charge the battery and coast downhill as long as you can.

Not all of us hypermile. I’m good cruising at 85+ and still hitting 38 mpg for a full tank. It’s pretty impressive at that speed!

Toyota needs to bring back those cool colors! Loved that metallic green from the gen 2.
