Is this car a lemon or a great deal

Is this in metro Detroit? Maybe Dearborn? I’d recommmend staying away

I suggest avoiding it

It’s never going to be right again. The price is high for that amount of damage

A lemon would be an upgrade

Not a lemon, but definitely a restored total loss

Let me guess, the guy selling it is named Ahmed, Mohammed, or Ali? Pass on this one

Honestly, with Michigan plates, it’s often someone from Sterling Heights, Dearborn, or Detroit selling these rebuilt cars. I’ve lived in Detroit my whole life and see that they hire cheap shops for repairs, flipping cars for easy cash. These vehicles are rarely rebuilt safely. Michigan doesn’t make them pass inspections, so these issues go unchecked

Not really the definition of a lemon

From Michigan? Definitely no

I flew to Dallas from Orlando to get my RC-F after a 6-month search. Even if you have to fly or drive far, it’s worth it to find the right car at the right price

It’s neither a lemon nor a steal, more like burnt toast

Not a lemon, but a money pit if you don’t have funds to fix it. Looks like an expensive repair

The psychology around cars is interesting. Great car, and just one issue can make people want to avoid it. Likely accident damage that wasn’t fixed well

So would you consider buying it if the price dropped to 16

People here fear success sometimes

Totally agreed, it’s a shame

The key question is, how many miles since it was rebuilt? If it’s 30k miles, you might be okay. If it’s recent, stay clear
