Just got a 2024 Platinum AWD in Cypress for $60,241… was it a good idea or rushed decision?

We’ve been searching for an AWD Sienna in Cypress for some time. This one showed up just a short drive away, so we went for it. But now I’m wondering if it was too impulsive after such a long wait. We had mostly been considering a 2025 Limited because we didn’t care for the fridge and vacuum. This 2024 Platinum wasn’t really on our radar, so I’m not super familiar with pricing on it. Is this a good deal? For context, we’re in central NC.

I think around $60k sounds fair right now. Back in November, Texas dealers were asking for closer to $70k OTD. A dealer recently called me offering $61k OTD.

Outside California, it seems like these Platinum trims aren’t selling much.

@Lloyd
They’re definitely popular in the Northeast. A lot of them are already reserved.

I might’ve done the same! But after waiting just a month, I found a 2024 Limited. I couldn’t pass it up… loving the reclining second row and the TV.

Someone has to buy them new. Thanks for stepping up.

Honestly, in Canada, these actually cost more when bought used.

It’s a great price! But if you’re not in a rush, I’ve noticed prices might drop a bit as supply catches up with demand, especially for the Limited and Platinum trims.

By the way, the screen upgrades on the 2025 models are worth checking out.

I’m not sure I’d spend that much on a 2024 right now. I also don’t see how it went from $57,430 to $60,241—hard to say if that’s reasonable.

For what it’s worth, 2025 models are going for under MSRP.

I got my 2025 Platinum for about the same price you paid for your 2024.

You might regret not waiting for the 2025 model. If you’re already spending this much, why not go for the newest one?

It’s wild to me that people are spending this much on a minivan. Feels crazy!

I paid that much, and yeah… it still feels crazy to me too. :joy:

That’s a solid deal.

Prices are just nuts these days.

It’s alright. I paid in the 50s back in 2016, but inflation has been wild since then.

Try negotiating on the USB cables—they’re overpriced at $70 for four. Otherwise, the deal looks great. That colour is rare and one of the nicest available, good find!

Not the best deal I’ve seen, but it’s still a pretty solid one.

If you skip the PIO options, you could probably get a 2025 for that price or just a little more.
