Just got my first Toyota Tundra... Any tips or tricks?

I’m new to the Toyota Tundra family and just got my first one! I’ve made a few adjustments, like turning off the data sharing with insurance companies and tweaking the display. Anyone have advice for me? I’m also thinking about getting a trifold bed cover. What do you guys recommend?

I put a bed rug and Bakflip tonneau on mine. The bed rug is really durable and padded. I still move dirt, rocks, etc., and I use my garage vac to keep it clean :smile:

Bed rug?

@Oran
It’s basically a durable carpet. I’ve had them in a couple of trucks before. Here’s a link if you’re interested: 2023 Toyota Tundra BedRug Classic Bed Liner | RealTruck

Awesome truck! Would you mind sharing the cost/interest on this purchase?

Second this – need to see what the market is like for negotiations…

I got $9k off MSRP for a total of $50k OTD. We put half down and kept the rebate, which helped with the 6% interest rate on a 5-year note. It’s not great, but we’re hoping to pay it off within a year.

I got exactly the same with the 3" factory lift. Love the look. I upgraded to Wildpeak AT4s, which made it look even better. I bought the BakFlip F1 cover for mine and love it.

Tundra brother! Welcome

Nice blacked-out look!! Welcome to the family!

I was told the kids call it ‘murdered out’. I mean, what’s with that? I guess it’s just Ohio.

What kind of steps are those?
