Was checking out Tundras as an option but can’t find any TRD Off-Road models. What’s going on with that?
I’m literally sitting in mine right now.

Oh man, must be a Northern California thing then.
Widen your search. There are lots of 2025’s with the TRD off-road package. There are 31 for sale within 50 miles of me.
Did your Google stop working?

Lol, fair enough. I was just checking for any in Northern California and can’t seem to find any.

Wait, so are there actually off-road models? I don’t see them in the lineup.
It’s a $2k package you add on.
TRD Pro.

So no regular Off-Road model? Do we know why they didn’t make any this year?

You can literally build an Off-Road package on Toyota’s site for multiple trims.
My dad picked up a 2025 TRD Off-Road last month. Beautiful truck, just like his 2020. Wouldn’t change a thing about it. They really nailed it. And thank god they got rid of that annoying seatbelt chime that freaks out even when you just look at it wrong lol.
My Off-Road is parked in my driveway right now. I think it’s more of a package deal now. Mine’s a 2025 Limited with the TRD Off-Road package. I’ve seen SR5s with it too, and the TRD Sport as well.
Not sure exactly what part of NorCal you’re in, but if you search Cars.com, there are 319 new Tundras within 150 miles of Sacramento that match “Off-Road.”
Unlike the Tacoma, Off-Road isn’t a trim by itself. It’s an optional package for trims SR5 and up. And of course, there’s the TRD Pro, but I saw you’re not interested in that one.
@Donna
I feel so dumb. Just for context, I’m looking for a new car after more than a decade. My old Honda is barely holding on, so I’m trying to learn as much as I can about Toyotas.

I traded my Honda for my Tundra in January! Yeah, Cars.com is a great place to start, but it doesn’t always show everything that’s actually available near you. What I usually do is:
- Pick New, Used, or Certified (obvious stuff)
- Choose the Make (Toyota, in this case)
- Select the Model (Tundra)
- Set how far you’re willing to drive
- Enter your ZIP code
Once you get the results, scroll down to the keyword search and type in “Off-Road.”
It’s not 100% foolproof, but it’ll give you an idea. The photos usually help too, since Tundras with the Off-Road package have that decal on the bed.
