Should I do a transmission fluid change or flush on my 2014 Corolla with 96k miles?

I’ve got a 2013 RAV4 with 160k miles, and I’ve never done a transmission fluid change. Am I doomed? I think I might feel some slipping now and then.

Drain and fill only!

You can’t flush a transmission properly because it has valves that stay closed unless specific conditions are met.

Just change the fluid, don’t flush it.
