Hey yall. I’ve never owned a truck before, but I’ve finally narrowed it down to a 2nd gen Toyota Tundra 5.7L V8 4x4. The only ones I can find within my budget have around 200k miles. Is it worth buying one with that many miles, or should I wait and save for one with less mileage? I’ll make sure to get it inspected and check the Carfax. What do you all think?

A good 200k truck should make it to 300k without too much effort and cost

But will it last 300K? It’s not worth it if it only lasts 100K. I know Toyota has a reputation for longevity, but not every vehicle it produces is perfect.
