Why would someone put a spoiler on an Avalon like this?

It’s not just the spoiler… it’s the fact that it’s on a Limited. They already make the TRD for sporty looks. Limited models are supposed to be smooth cruisers. This should probably be taken off ASAP.
@Sutton
If they wanted something sporty, they should’ve gone for the Touring. The Limited isn’t really made for that kind of vibe.

No disrespect to the person selling it—it’s their car and they can do whatever. But when you’re selling, small mods like this can be a turn-off. Buyers or dealers might think there are other changes or that it hasn’t been well taken care of. Tinted windows and tail lights are fine, but spoilers on non-sporty models just look odd.
@Sutton
Exactly. It gives the impression that they settled for this model but tried to make it into something else. Makes you wonder what else was changed.

There’s a time and place for a spoiler… just not on this Avalon.
Is that price real? Or was there a typo?
Not trying to be harsh, but some advice: remove the spoiler. People who buy this kind of car aren’t into sporty mods.
Also, the price seems way too high for a 70k-mile car. For context, I bought a 2019 Limited with 21k miles for $31k. It’ll be tough to sell at your price, especially with four owners and damage history. If you need the cash quickly, you might want to lower it.
Good luck.
That price is way off. Check Kelley Blue Book for a realistic range.
This seems like wishful thinking.

Yeah, $33k is not happening.
I paid $32k for a 2022 Limited with 34,000 miles. You might want to rethink your asking price.
I got an ES350 as my comfy daily ride. That’s the usual audience for cars like this. Stuff like tinted tail lights and spoilers is an instant turn-off for that crowd.
As someone who used to be into car mods, seeing a Camry or Avalon with a spoiler just feels off. It rules out buyers who want a clean, reliable car. Four owners and mods raise red flags. Also, $33k is way too high.
Adding a spoiler and tinting the tail lights really limits the audience for this car. Four owners and 70k miles on a 2020 don’t help either. You’d need to drop the price significantly to find a buyer.
How did you black out the Avalon letters on the lightbar? I’m trying to do the same for my car and can’t figure it out.
A fair price would be $27-30k if it had one owner and no damage. Good luck.
Did I read this right? Four owners, an accident, 70k miles, and you’re asking for $33k?
