Hey folks,
I’ve been eyeing the Corolla Cross and thinking about making it my next ride. Anyone here own one or taken it for a spin? How’s the driving experience, fuel efficiency, and overall vibe? Any pros and cons?
Hey folks,

The Corolla Cross is known for being practical and fuel-efficient. It’s comfy and has good tech features, though it might be a bit underpowered. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable choice.
The Corolla Cross and Rav4 share similarities, although as someone else pointed out, the Cross’s interior was undoubtedly smaller than the Rav4’s, especially in the rear seat and trunk. The Corolla Cross is not as slow as I had anticipated. Though there is a fairly short on-ramp to the highway near my house, I have never felt that it was not fast enough to reach speed before merging; you just need to get on it a little sooner and stick in the power band. To be fair, I am not scared to rev out an engine. I receive roughly the same mpg in the rav, occasionally up to 1, which is probably more because I have greater power and less run-up to speed.
Most people consider the Corolla Cross to be a dependable and useful small SUV. It is basically a higher Corolla sedan that offers a nice mix of SUV adaptability and car-like handling.
