Toyota Tracker not working for anyone else?

Just a few days ago, I could track my vehicle order by VIN on https://toyota-tracker.com/. But since August 23rd, the search no longer returns results, even when I select a VIN from the dropdown that worked before.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Edit (Aug 25, 2023): New security measures from Toyota have impacted the site’s functionality. No ETA on when it will be back. If anyone finds a workaround, let me know.

The VINs I’ve been tracking stopped working a few days ago too.

Try reloading the homepage. Looks like Toyota changed or locked down the API again, so tracking isn’t working right now.

Check with your dealer—my VIN changed during the process. I originally had a different one, but when I went back to my dealer’s site, my vehicle was listed under a new VIN.

Yep, this happens! A placeholder VIN is assigned early on, but once the vehicle is built, it gets a final VIN. I had to check my dealer’s site to find the updated one when my original VIN stopped working on the tracker.

Never used the site before, but it seems like an issue with the tracker itself. I tried pulling up a 2023 model sitting at a local dealer, entered its VIN, and got no results.
