Weird noise when stopped at a light, any ideas?

I noticed a strange noise when I’m waiting at a traffic light or just sitting in drive with my foot on the brake. This started after I took a 3-hour trip through hilly roads a couple of days ago.

I thought maybe it was the fuel, but I’ve driven with low gas before and never heard anything like this. I tried uploading a video, but it won’t post :sob:

Anyone have any idea what this could be?

Could be something simple like a loose heat shield or a part vibrating under the car, especially after a long trip through hills. You might also want to check the engine mounts or exhaust system. Does the noise go away when you shift into neutral?
