Might be a good time to sell my Crosstrek… think I can get $700k for it?
Might have to drive up to Canada and sell my Outback
Ohhh, so THIS is why y’all booed the US anthem lmao.

Probably more about the fact that a certain former president was talking about how Canada shouldn’t exist.
Just my guess (from a Canadian).
Wait… they’re still selling the Solterra? And in Canada? That’s crazy.

@Mary1
Feel bad for the people who bought them. Almost any other budget EV is a better deal. At least it’s not a Tesla, though. Lol.

There are cheaper EVs with better range and faster charging, sure… but none of them have Toyota’s build quality. That’s why I went with it. I’ve owned 25 Subies, and the AWD system in this thing is nuts.
@Mary1
They’ve been pushing them hard with TV ads. Probably why they’re still around.

Those are just leftover 2024 models. There’s no 2025 Solterra for Canada.

You see them in Quebec and BC mostly. Both places have cheap hydro power, and Vancouver’s gas taxes are crazy high. If you can afford the upfront cost, an EV pays for itself in 7 years or less compared to gas cars.
Dealerships still marking cars up? That’s wild
Honestly, a steal at twice the price.
So you’re telling me I can sell my Crosstrek for $500k? Count me in!
Feels like they rushed this straight to the website… no checks at all.
Yeah, I’ll just keep my 2011 Impreza. No thanks.
Is this happening because of Trump’s policies?
These tariffs are hitting hard!!!
Basic A.I. fail.
