What was your drive out price for the 2025 Tundra Limited CrewMax 4x4?

Anyone here bought a 2025 Tundra Limited 4x4 recently? Just trying to get an idea of what kind of price you were able to negotiate down to. What did you end up paying for your truck, including everything?

I bought a well-equipped 2025 Limited with the pano moonroof, TRD off-road package, JBL speakers, heated seats and steering wheel for $63k. MSRP was $68k. The out the door price with taxes and fees came to $69k in Southern California.

I got the truck from 68k to 63.5k and ended up around 69-70k after TTL and doc fees with the platinum warranty for $2.5k. I didn’t negotiate the truck price much and probably left 2-3k on the table, but I was ready to leave haha.

@CarEnthusiast
Correction, they had the truck listed at 70k, but the extra 2k was for tint, paint protection, and a clear bra… you know, the typical dealership extras.

Thanks for the input. I’m guessing yours was a fully loaded model with some nice extras. I’ve seen some ‘base’ model Limited trims without all the bells and whistles priced around $55-56k after discounts, plus TTL. Do you think I’d be looking at around $58k out the door? Just curious if this aligns with your experience.

@Thayer
Yeah, mine was fully loaded with the TRD off-road package. I didn’t care about the moonroof, but the only Lunar Rock one they had had it. My buddy just got an SR5 4x4 non-TRD with the regular entertainment package for about $58k OTD. He really beats up his trucks and seems to love it. I’d recommend looking into the 14-inch entertainment upgrade if you can swing it—it was a big selling point for me.

@CarEnthusiast
Yep, the bigger display was my main reason for jumping from the SR5 to the base Limited. The base Limited already has heated/ventilated seats and the larger infotainment display, which is exactly what I wanted.

@Thayer
Just keep in mind that I’m in Arizona, so we pay a ton in taxes and registration. So, my buddy’s $58k OTD might be a lot cheaper in your area. The bigger display system is awesome. I’ve used the cameras a few times out hunting, and the ability to turn around on wet clay/dirt roads was super helpful.

If you’re buying new, do it all online. Get dealers within a 3-hour drive to send you their best price. I just sent a simple message with what I wanted and waited for them to reply with their best offer. Once they do, respond politely, and tell them you have a better offer. They’ll usually drop the price again. This way, you don’t waste time at dealerships.

@Indy
I’ll definitely try this out instead of spending hours at dealerships. Toyota’s shopping tool/inventory finder seems to work well for sorting by price, trim, features, etc. I might reach out to a few local dealers tomorrow and see if they’ll match the lower prices from rural dealerships.

I bought a leftover 2024 Limited 4x4 TRD OR for $57.5k. They also threw in a 7-year/100k bumper-to-bumper extended warranty, which helped seal the deal for me.

That’s a great deal, especially with the extended warranty! Was the $57.5k the out-the-door price?

@Thayer
I negotiated everything else down. I think there was a $200 service charge at the end, plus tax and title fees. The financing manager tried to sell me a prepaid maintenance plan, but I turned it down, along with the Karr security system, which I thought was useless. He wasn’t too happy about it, but I felt good about the deal after that. If he’s upset, I know I did well. I had a trade-in, and they offered me the Kelly Blue Book instant offer. I pointed out that the Carfax trade-in value was $2k more, and they ended up giving me $1.3k more than their initial offer. I also got promo financing at 1.99% APR.

@Terry
By the way, mine has the JBL package, the TRD skid plate, all-weather floor mats, but no pano roof.

2025 Limited with:
JBL
Pano roof
TRD OR Package
Bed step
Spray-in liner
All-weather mats

MSRP: $65,974. OTD - $56,974 + $500 doc fee. TTL to be paid at local DMV. Got $9k off with no doc fee (they overvalued my trade-in to cover that). I financed for 72 months at 2.99%. If I had paid cash, I could’ve saved an additional $2k.
