I have a 2000 Toyota Avalon. I had a bad fuel pump, changed the pump and crank sensor, but the car still won’t start. Relays have been checked, fuses have been checked, the pump has been verified, and the timing chain is also good. The alternator was changed. The car will fire but not start. Help! I honestly don’t know what else to try.
I had a similar issue with my 1999 model; the transponder key lost communication with the computer. They had to change the computer at the dealer for about $2,000. Maybe you have a backup transponder key that still works.
@Foster
Damn, spell check got me! No, the car does not have a timing chain; it has a belt. I figured it was the key and computer.

Let us know what it was if you solve it.
Have you checked to see if it’s getting spark to the plugs?

Already checked all that out.
These don’t have timing chains… sounds like no spark. Three possible issues: spark issue, fuel issue, or air. You really have to dive deep for stuff like this. Does it have an anti-theft/immobilizer?
@Wayne
Not in anti-theft. I already checked, and the plugs are getting spark. Yes, definitely a rabbit hole hunt as it has already been.
@Wayne
Yes, I know they have belts. Spell check took over while I was typing.

Belt and chain have nothing to do with spell check, but alright. Good luck! What do I know? I’m just a Toyota mechanic.
