For this trim and color, $38k doesn’t seem like a good deal. I’d expect less than 100k miles at that price.
What would you say is a fair price for this?
I’d say about $35k at most. It’s a tough call though. It’s a great looking truck, but with over 100k miles, you never really know what you’re getting into. Check KBB, ask your lender for their valuation, and compare with local listings. But yeah, 120k miles on a 2021 is a lot, and that ‘as-is’ sticker is a red flag.
Good point about the ‘as-is’ sticker… I totally missed that.

Yeah, looks like they’re banking on the curb appeal to sell this truck. Gotta admit, it’s tempting. They know how to price it to catch your eye.

Saw this truck listed for $38k… it’s got 120k miles on it, and I’m wondering if that price is way too high. What do you all think?
Used car prices are just ridiculous right now.
No kidding… these prices are a joke.
I went for a new truck for this reason. Prices are crazy, but financing rates on new vehicles are usually much better. I ended up financing a new Tundra at 1.99%, which was way better than the 9% I was seeing for used trucks. I actually came out ahead by financing new and investing the cash I had set aside.

Hell no. My local dealer has a 2020 Tundra 1794 with 68k miles for $42k and it’s super clean. Way better deal. Plus, looks like this one has been off-roading a lot… I’d stick with something stock and well cared for.
