Had mine for about 5 months now. Yeah, I have a few complaints… but man, I love how this thing drives. Gas mileage isn’t too bad either lol.
That red looks amazing!

The color is definitely a standout! But I have to say, the paint quality isn’t great. Within two weeks, I had three chips down to the metal, and now at six months, I’ve counted five. And I barely drive on the highway.

Same here, same color and model… Went on a road trip and came back with two ugly chips showing metal. So frustrating!

Right? And the worst part is we paid extra for this color! You’d think they’d make sure it lasts. After it happened, I looked it up, and apparently, Toyota has been cheaping out on paint for a while. I was planning on getting PPF, but since the chips happened so fast, I missed my chance. The detailer told me if I don’t fix them first, the PPF will just make them more noticeable.
Only issue I’ve noticed is a cracking sound when it’s really cold outside.

Same here! Since winter started, I’ve been hearing more rattling from the headliner. Where’s yours coming from?
@Gentry
I think it’s the driver’s side armrest, and sometimes the dashboard. It’s not constant, but I really want to figure out how to stop it.

Have you asked the dealership about it? I brought mine in for the headliner issue, and they actually blamed me and voided the warranty! I haven’t even modified anything inside the car.
@Gentry
Haven’t taken it in yet. I want to try fixing it myself. Not sure how to deal with the headliner, but I’m thinking about pulling apart the armrest and maybe wrapping it in Alcantara.
Looks great! Kinda wish I had gone with the XSE instead. By the way, where did you get those window accessories?

The rain guards? I got them off eBay. I’ll drop the link below. Just a heads-up though, I’m planning to replace them this spring. They look nice, but they sit so low that rain still drips in even if the windows are barely cracked.
That looks awesome!
Wow, that’s a beauty!
