Does anyone here know the current wait time for a 2025 Camry SE in Canada? I put down a deposit for the SE upgrade in heavy metal color back in December 2024. The dealer originally said 6 to 9 months, but the latest update is that Toyota still hasn’t confirmed the order.
It’s getting frustrating waiting this long here, especially when people just across the border seem to get theirs in a few weeks. I know it’s built in Kentucky, but this wait feels way too long.
They told me 6–8 months too. But I got a call after just 1.5 months for the XSE.

Haha, probably someone canceled their order and you were next on the list.
I asked about it at a Toronto dealer last month and they also said 6–8 months for the Camry. Crazy… and they wanted more than MSRP too.

Same here. I went to like six dealerships before I found one that would stick to MSRP without all the extra charges. But yeah, getting a deal below MSRP seems impossible.
I was told 15 months for the XSE in heavy metal when I ordered in late November. Just heard a few weeks ago it’ll be ready in June — way earlier than expected!

I’ve got a Camry. My dad’s waiting on the Crown Signia. I wonder if tariffs from the orange guy will push more Toyotas to Canada. Doesn’t seem to be a long wait in the US right now.
In Northern California it’s about 3–4 months according to a friend. Not much better than your wait. I bought mine mid-2024 when things were a bit easier. Got an XSE.

Same situation for me 
I waited one month for my 2025 XSE in Ocean Gem. Dealer originally told me 4–8 months. This was in Mississauga.
I waited at one dealer for 2.5 years. They first told me it would be around 2 years. Then one day I walked into another dealer nearby, and they said someone backed out of their order. I got the SE upgrade two weeks later — no waitlist.
