My trusty tires are on their last leg, and let’s be real, good tires ain’t cheap these days. I usually stick with the same brand (you know, the reliable ones), but this time I stumbled upon TBB tires online. The price tag is super tempting, but there aren’t many reviews out there. So, I’m putting it out to the universe (or rather, this awesome forum): Anyone have any experience with TBB tires? Are they decent quality, or should I just stick with my usual brand and avoid the gamble?
Mainly looking for everyday driving performance - grip in rain, how long they last, that kind of thing. Any insights would be greatly appreciated
TBB tires are pretty decent for everyday driving. They handle well in the rain and seem durable so far. They might not be as top-notch as the pricier brands, but for the cost, I’d say they’re worth a shot
I have not tried them yet but I hear that the TBBs are smoother and way more affordable for my chill driving style . They might not be the best for dry corners ️ but they handle rain way better than the Pirellis in any case.
From what I’ve gathered, TBB tires can be a gamble, as there are fewer reviews and less known about their long-term durability and grip. Sticking with a trusted brand might offer more peace of mind, particularly for everyday driving needs where reliability and safety are key. My approach has always been to invest in products with proven performance to avoid potential issues down the road.
I have 33/12.5 20 TBB m.t. and love them so far tire noise is better than any other m.t. tires I’ve had only better tire I ran where master craft m.t. I’ve owned nitto, bfg, toyos all m.t. tires 33 or bigger Im actually impressed with these on my tundra
