Hey everyone! I have a 2023 Corolla Cross XLE, and I noticed the cargo liner is already getting scratched up from loading and unloading my luggage (I’m a flight attendant). I want something durable like the WeatherTech liner but at a lower price. Any recommendations for a good fit that won’t break the bank? Thanks in advance!
Toyota sells a rubber cargo liner. Not sure about the price, but I had them include it when I got mine.

Good to know! I’ll check the price at my dealership. If it’s too high, I might just go with the WeatherTech one.
Toyota makes an all-weather liner for the trunk. I have it along with their all-weather floor mats, and they’ve been great. Mine came with the car, so I’m not sure on the cost.

I should’ve asked for it when I got the car! Mine only came with all-weather mats for the interior, not the cargo area.

I think they might have left it out. I thought the cargo liner was supposed to be included in the all-weather mat package.

Depends on the year. In the first model year, Toyota didn’t have a cargo liner available yet. I had to wait until they released it before I could order one!

Toyota has a package with just the interior mats and another one that includes the cargo tray.

I got my Corolla Cross XLE in November 2022. At that time, neither WeatherTech nor Toyota had cargo mats available yet. The Toyota cargo tray costs around $110, but my dealer had a 20% off sale on accessories, which made it cheaper than WeatherTech.
The cargo liners that come with the Corolla Cross aren’t great. Mine wore out fast, so I replaced it with a WeatherTech liner. Way more durable. Same thing with the regular floor mats—I swapped them for all-weather ones.
I don’t even know why carpet mats are standard. They don’t last.
@Ezra
So true! My old Jeep Renegade had a reversible cargo mat—one side was carpet, the other was a tougher, all-weather surface. I should’ve checked for something similar.
I think I’ll go for the WeatherTech liner since I’m constantly sliding luggage in and out. Thanks for the feedback!

The WeatherTech mat has a really grippy surface. You’ll like it.

Good to hear! Thanks!
I have the WeatherTech one, and I like it. Just avoid the version with the bumper protector—it’s not designed well.
