Broken stud on first tire rotation with my 2025 Camry

Just hit 5,000 miles on my new Camry and took it to the dealer for an oil change (using the maintenance plan—otherwise I’d do it myself). While rotating the tires, one of the lug nuts came off like it was barely hand-tight! Turns out the wheel stud was stripped. I even recorded a video showing how loose it was before it finally snapped. This was the very first tire rotation, and now I’m stuck trying to prove I didn’t mess it up.

The stud above and to the left of the broken one was stripped too! I’ve been working as an Audi/VW tech for 6 years, so I definitely know how to handle bolts properly. Just not sure how to convince Toyota that this wasn’t my fault :downcast_face_with_sweat:
