I’m in the Durham area and looking to buy a new Toyota. I came across Mark Jacobson Toyota and their website seems pretty good, but you never know these days. Has anyone here bought a car from Mark Jacobson Toyota recently? What was your experience like? Were the salespeople pushy, or did they listen to what you were looking for?
Also, how was their service department? I plan on keeping the car for a long time, so a good service department is important to me.
Any insights would be appreciated before I head down there for a test drive
