Sounds like a case of buyer’s remorse.
I paid about the same in Roswell, GA. The only difference is I got them to take off the window tint charge. You got a decent discount for a new model year. A lot of people don’t include tax and fees in their numbers, so keep that in mind. Georgia’s doc fees and taxes are brutal.
That price sounds pretty normal for an XLE.
Mine was around the same price here in Illinois.
Dealers love making it look like they’re giving you a discount, but then they add extras like LoJack to bring the price right back up. You’re probably paying exactly what they wanted you to pay.
I think you got a good price. I’m in California and the XLEs I saw were $36K–$38K before fees. If it makes you feel better, I just bought a 2025 SE for only about $2K less than your XLE.
If cost was the main concern, why not go for the LE? I got mine with the convenience package for $29K OTD.

Wanted full leather and more features. I was okay with the price, just didn’t want to feel like I got overcharged compared to others.
Same MSRP but I paid $33.8K after a $3.4K discount. Might depend on the dealer.
