Most likely totaled. Their insurance is probably gonna cap out after all that damage. Wouldn’t hurt to call one of those local injury lawyers to make sure you’re paid right.

Problem is, can’t squeeze cash from someone broke.

Glad you’re okay though. Definitely go see a doctor and get everything on record even if you feel fine now. Insurance is gonna want paperwork, not just photos and the other driver admitting fault.
