At 180,000 miles I would save your money for everything that’s going to start going wrong. These are incredible trucks but just wait until you have to replace the starter. I dumped money into putting fresh plugs, suspension components, steering components, changing all the fluids if it hasn’t been done because believe me a lot of the times it hasn’t. These trucks will do many hundreds of thousands of miles, but they don’t do them without maintenance.
@Flowky
I would second this. Wait a year to do anything because shit gonna break. Check timing belt as well.

Chain? 5.7
@Flowky
I agree with all of this. I’d definitely recommend that before mods, every fluid in this thing should be changed (assuming there is not a rock solid service history). At 180k miles anything that has been ignored in terms of regular maintenance would be hitting the critical point. Full fluid swap is the first thing I do on every used vehicle I buy. So worth it.
@Shinji
Diffs trans transfer case coolant brake fluid steering fluid the works
@Flowky
Yup. Starter, SAIP, water pump, AC compressor, transfercase actuators, brake pads and rotors. Or whatever hasn’t been done of those recently.
I would check brakes and suspension
If you plan on doing any legit off-roading, go with 17” wheels and tire size of choice and DONT get any of the tough-looking running boards. Get some actual rock sliders.
Beautiful truck
RB20 Go Rhino running boards, morimoto black tail lights, 2021 TRD Pro black headlights. Maybe a Tesla screen and completely revamp the interior with Meso or AJT design. Maybe USB-C ports.

Do you have a pic of Tesla screen?
@Raine

Phoenix automotive. This is the exact model that I got…
It does require I little bit of setup but I was able to figure it out.
Timing chain maybe
There’s some faux, leather covers that fit pretty snug and make a huge upgrade. I converted to all black so I had to dress up the shoes.
Get it lifted and some aftermarket bumpers
