Hole in the frame… would you even consider it?

Instant deal breaker. Walk away.

Yeah, hard pass from me.

A lot of sellers now are trying to hide frame rust with quick spray paint, black wax, or fluid film. That’s the first thing buyers ask about on used trucks, and it’s easy to spot a lazy cover-up. These guys didn’t even mask the exhaust—they sprayed right over it. Skip this one and look outside the rust belt if you need to. It’ll save you money and headaches later.

You can already see patched holes on the rails. None of that looks OEM. Not good.

That frame’s toast. Definitely pass.

There’s too many clean ones out there to bother with a rust bucket like this.

@Sutton
That frame? Big nope.

@Sutton
Yup, that’s flaking metal and sloppy paint. Don’t do it.

Run :person_running:

The rear diff looks rough, the paint job is sketchy—why is the exhaust painted? Total cover-up. Too many red flags here. Pass.

I’ve fixed frames like this, but it takes serious welding and hours of work. This won’t be the only hole, either. Unless it’s crazy cheap and you want a project, I’d pass. You’re looking at $10-20k in labor or hundreds of hours of your own time.

If you’re posting pics asking if it’s too rusty… it’s too rusty. That’s the rule.

That’s another one ruined by Zeibart. Honestly, worst thing you can do to a 4Runner.

Yep, obvious rust underneath a thick coat of paint. Look at the last two pics. Not worth it.

Run, don’t walk.

They really tried to hide it… and failed. Big no from me.

If there’s one big rust spot, there’s probably more hiding elsewhere. Wouldn’t trust it.

Never worth it.
