I’m planning to get a new car soon, and the 2025 Camry is at the top of my list. I’ll be traveling this summer and leaving the car parked for about a week.
I’ve never owned a hybrid before, and I know they need to be driven regularly. Would letting it sit for a week cause any battery issues, or is that nothing to worry about?

No, a week won’t be a problem at all.

I’ve had my 2025 LE since last July and have just over 2K miles on it. I’ve left it sitting for longer than a week with no issues.
If you set up the app, you can start the car remotely twice before it requires you to enter the vehicle.

I’m not a car expert, but I have a Camry and have left it sitting for over two weeks while traveling for work. A week is nothing to worry about.
If you were leaving it for more than a month, it would be a good idea to have someone drive it occasionally.

As long as you’re not regularly letting it sit for a month or more, it should be fine.
I bought mine before winter and left it parked for two weeks while I drove my old car. It started just fine.
From what I’ve read, it takes about 2-3 months of sitting before the battery charge starts to drop.

A month is about the point where you might need to start thinking about battery drain, but a week is nothing.

Cars sit for weeks on dealership lots before being sold. A week won’t cause any issues.
