How much do you pay for insurance on a 2023 camry?

i’m getting a 2023 camry se hybrid. the lowest quote i got for full coverage is $314 a month with progressive, $500 deductible for both collision and comprehensive. i’m 19, no accidents or tickets. i know my age and being male make it higher. just wondering what others are paying? the highest quote i got was $777 a month from state farm for six months with a $1000 deductible.

edit: i’m not complaining about the cost, just curious about others’ experiences.

edit: just got the camry, now paying $224 a month with progressive for the same plan and $493 per month for the car!

$500/month with progressive for 23 trd but my record isn’t great.

insurance depends on more than age and driving record, your state matters a lot too.

@Ember
i paid $200 for basic liability on a 2003 camry at 18. four years later, it’s about $120 for my 2012 es350.

that’s why i put my 02 under my mom’s name and just pay her for insurance. i’m not paying that young guy tax.

@Beryl
i thought about that, but my parents spoke to the agent and they suggested i get my own policy. for my next car, i used their name instead.

doesn’t feel as cool sharing a title, but saving money definitely does.

@Beryl
same here, paying like 60 a month doing that.

damn, i’m at 150 a month for my 23 trd camry.

$137 a month for my new 2023 with state farm, $1k deductible. turning 32 soon, clean record.

got a 22 camry, don’t know if insurance is different. i’m 32, clean record, progressive. was quoted $76 a month, but a 2019 motorcycle accident pushed it to $112.
