How much should I expect to pay for insurance on a 2025 Camry XSE?

Thinking about getting a 2025 Camry XSE, but I have no idea what insurance costs would look like. What are you guys paying for similar cars?

There isn’t a single answer for this since rates depend on so many factors—your insurance company, coverage limits, driving history, location, where you park it, etc.

But to give you an idea, I’m in San Francisco, and I pay $1,100 per year for my new XLE. I have very high coverage limits, a decades-long clean driving record, and I’ve been with Geico for a long time.

In California, yeah, it’s required. You can’t even register a car without insurance.

The only state that doesn’t require auto insurance is New Hampshire. But even then, most of us carry uninsured motorist coverage just in case.
