Yeah, I remember reading about these back in the day. Pretty sure it’s got a VF54 turbo.
Kinda gives me early WRX vibes. Feels like a step toward the VA-gen WRX in terms of looks.

Some people call it a budget WRX since it’s cheaper but still moves. Add a rear sway bar, and the handling gets even better.

Yeah, this one’s actually in Asia, but even here, they didn’t make many. Only around 200 for this model year.

Just picked up a 2019 Legacy… not the same at all, but I love it. Gets me excited every time I wake up to snow.
I love my 2012 Outback, but I wish it had your front end. Looks way more aggressive.
