Noticed something on my differential and wondering if it’s leaking. I haven’t seen any oil spots where I park, but I spotted this while walking back to my truck. Should I be worried?
Yeah, it looks like it’s leaking. Since it’s still under warranty, you should definitely take it to the dealer.
Could be coming from the gasket. Those yellow marks make it seem like it was worked on recently.

That’s weird. I bought it brand new from the dealer and only had oil changes done. If it’s leaking, it might be a factory defect.

Dang, I was really hoping this was normal and not an actual leak. I’ve also noticed a smaller leak in the transfer case.
Pretty common; they often call it seepage. Just have the dealer check how much is coming out. They’ll decide what to do based on that.

Lol, ‘seepage.’ I hope they don’t say that’s normal! My '99 Tacoma doesn’t leak at all from the diff, and it’s 25 years old with over 280k miles.

Same here with my '99, although mine only has 145k on it. 
There was a recall on some 2023 models for this. Even if your truck isn’t on the list, it’s worth taking it to the dealer just to be safe.
Yeah, looks like some seepage. If you’re not seeing fluid drops where you park, you might just leave it alone. I had a similar situation with my Tundra. The dealer wanted to take apart the whole differential and propeller shaft under warranty—pretty major job. This kind of ‘leak’ is common and usually not an issue unless it’s leaving spots on the ground. I just cleaned mine with Dawn dish soap and it hasn’t leaked since.
