Got a 2007 XLE V6 that I picked up at 186k miles. Changed the radiator, a few hoses, added a little Apple CarPlay screen and new headlights. Everything else is original. Still drives great for something this old.

No judgment here… once they’re past 200k it’s all about keeping them going, not keeping them spotless. My 2013 has 154k and it doesn’t get pampered either
Do they make a HEPA filter for that year? My 2000 Avalon didn’t have one either unless you bought the expensive XLE model. Later on, a Toyota tech told me it was actually possible to add one since the spot for it was already there. Got it added and noticed fewer allergies inside the car.
Mine’s a 2007 too… at 261k now and still runs smooth
