I finally got the wheels powdercoated this week, installed a soft roll up bed cover, and some mud flaps. Hadn’t planned on the mud flaps but the front wheels throw dirt and road grim all over the side steps even though everything is stock.
Only thing I have left I want to do soon is to black out the emblems. Might plastidip or buy black overlays, haven’t decided yet.

Good looking truck! Always get a laugh at how long those beds are.
My dad has the same setup, and man, it’s way harder to park than my 4th gen Taco.
Yeah, parking isn’t terrible, but I’m used to it. Been driving full-size double cabs for years. It’s funny how much it sticks out past other cars, even when I pull all the way in. Backing in is a must, lol.

What tonneau cover do you have? I’ve got a ‘24 with an 8’ bed, and finding one has been a struggle…
I hear you—long bed covers are way harder to find than short bed ones. I went with the Access Limited Edition soft roll-up. They’ve got a few versions depending on your setup, like low-profile ones or options for toolboxes. Check out their site to see which fits your truck.
@Lex
Exactly! People can get whatever bed size works for them, but these massive trucks with tiny beds aren’t for me. I actually use my bed for hauling, so I’ll take the extra space. Yeah, the back seat isn’t as big as a crew cab, but I’d rather have bed space than extra rear legroom. If I needed a big back seat, I’d just get a full-size SUV.
