Check out crutchfield.com—just enter your car details, and it’ll show you what fits. They also sell adapter cables and can even pre-wire them for you, so installation is just plug-and-play. They give you instructions too. If you wanna save money, just buy the parts elsewhere and watch YouTube for install guides.
Kenwood, Pioneer, JVC, or Sony all make solid double DIN options. If you like having a volume knob, Sony has a single DIN version with one. Metra sells good mounting brackets and wiring harnesses. I installed a JVC in mine, and it’s been great.
I used to install radios all the time and always went with Kenwood or Pioneer. Haven’t done one in over 10 years, though, so I might be a little out of the loop now.
