Passenger side window controls not working on my 2021 Camry, any ideas?

I recently bought a 2021 Camry XSE V6 and noticed an issue with the passenger-side window controls.

The driver-side controls work fine for all four windows, and both rear window controls also work. The only issue is that the passenger-side window switch doesn’t do anything.

Anyone know what could be causing this or how to fix it?

Maybe someone forgot to replug the wires?

There’s a wire under the plastic armrest that connects the window switch to the controller. It might have come loose, or someone could have forgotten to plug it back in if the door panel was removed.
