Maybe it’s a sign you don’t need raptor lights on a 4Runner lol. Check your marker light fuses—should be in the under-hood fuse box. A lot of people use wire clamps and those can get finicky.
Because Toyota doesn’t make a Raptor. That’s why.
Could be super simple—my lights cut out because the ground wire shook loose on a trail.

I’ll snap a pic of how mine are wired and send it to you. I’ve got one connection for the raptor lights and another for my dash cam setup.
